Specialist Entry Detective Programme is a police recruitment campaign for people to fast track into a detective role instead of starting from the bottom and spending years working their way up the food chain. It’s aimed at anyone already working within the police force, or external candidates with no policing experience. The candidate(s) would be trained up to detective level regardless of their previous situation. The campaign was needed as there was a shortest of detectives and the client wanted to increase the appetite for the role. I used the white square outline as a way of isolating the person and showing their thoughts.
