This was a presentation for a talk for students studying at Oxford Brookes University. The client was a previous student at the university, originally from Russian but living in the UK. She was giving advice to foreign students studying Tourism and Hospitality Management, on ways to start a career in Britain. The university encouraged students to get placements and positions as hotel or kitchen staff, but the client believed there was greater potential and wanted the students to aim higher.
